The position of Agent Courtier requires an autonomous person, proactive and a leadership attitude. It is essential to have a good customer relationship.

Requirements:

• Successful interview with management
• Follow the 3-day training

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the monthly sales goals of the team
• Attend 9-10 am daily training meetings
• Provide a daily report to your team leader

Team Leaders must demonstrate leadership skills and promote the values of integrity and ambition within their team.

Requirements:

• Must have earned $ 5,000 in monthly commission
